Wedding planning involves sharing plenty of personal details. Bon’s Wedding Club respects your privacy and takes care with the information you trust us with.

This policy explains how Bon’s Wedding Club (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, holds, uses and shares personal information when you:

If we manage a wedding website or RSVP process, we may also collect guest information such as:

  • from a couple where we are managing their wedding website or guest RSVPs;

You can browse our website without identifying yourself. However, we will need certain details if you want us to respond to an enquiry, provide a quote, confirm availability or deliver our services.

If you give us personal information about someone else, please make sure you have their permission or another appropriate reason to share it and that they are aware of this policy.

  • the couple whose wedding we are planning or managing;

  • venues, caterers, accommodation providers, transport providers and other wedding suppliers;

  • contractors or assistants helping us provide the booked services;

  • accountants, insurers, lawyers and other professional advisers;

  • government agencies, regulators or law enforcement where required or authorised by law; and

  • another party where you have asked or authorised us to share the information.

For example, dietary or accessibility information may be shared with the couple, venue, caterer or another relevant supplier so they can make the necessary arrangements.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Overseas storage and processing

Some of the third-party services we use operate globally. This includes Squarespace, which hosts our website, and Google, which provides email and other business services.

These providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they or their service providers operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from Australian privacy laws.
